Both cottages are furnished and equipped in a similar style and are on one level. The open plan living area incorporates a modern a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, two easy chairs, colour television and video. French doors lead on to the patio, which also has a small area of garden. There is an attractive dividing fence between each property . The bedrooms are of a good size with No.1 having a double bed and No.2 having twin beds. Both have a wardrobe and dressing table. The shower rooms with shower cubicles have a wash hand basin and w.c. To the front of the cottages are parking for guests.

2 Orchard View has the additional facilities for the partially disabled. Ramps lead to the doors both at the front and rear of the property and they are able to accommodate wheelchair access. The shower cubicle has a folding seat, the w.c. has handrails to the sides and, if requested, the owners can organise for a raised seat to be fitted. All electric and light sockets are at wheelchair height.
